Information overload during busy times

Many chefs also suffer from information overload.

Especially in times where many orders come in at the same moment, many chefs are just not able to process all this information in a proper manner and mistakes are rather common.

It is also crucial to stay calm and focused in those moments so that your staff members will also stay on track.

In the long run, many people are just not able to process all this information in a healthy manner and some of them even suffer from mental issues due to that.
